Gathering, taming, and XP multipliers are common ARK server settings. They are stored in GameUserSettings.ini under [ServerSettings].

  1. Open your ARK server in the control panel.
  2. Click Configuration Files.
  3. Open GameUserSettings.ini with Config Editor or Text Editor.

  4. Set the multiplier values you want. Example:
    HarvestAmountMultiplier=2.0
    TamingSpeedMultiplier=3.0
    XPMultiplier=2.0
  5. Click Save & Exit, then restart the server.

SettingWhat it does
HarvestAmountMultiplierChanges how many resources players receive when harvesting. 2.0 means 2x gathering.
TamingSpeedMultiplierChanges how quickly dinos tame. Higher values make taming faster.
XPMultiplierChanges how quickly players and dinos gain XP.
