The ARK admin console is where you run live server commands in-game. You must be logged in with the admin password or listed as an admin before commands will work.
- Become admin first if you have not already: Using admin commands, and whitelisting admins on your ARK server.
- Join your ARK server.
- Open the in-game console. On PC this is usually Tab.
- If using the admin password, run:
enablecheats YOURADMINPASSWORD - Run commands with
admincheat. Common examples:admincheat SaveWorld admincheat Broadcast Restart in 10 minutes admincheat DestroyWildDinos admincheat ListPlayers - Save the world before running destructive commands.
Some commands can remove dinos, destroy structures, or alter players permanently. Use them carefully and keep backups before major admin work.
