How to join your Pixark server

You can join a PixARK server by adding the server query address to Steam favourites, then connecting from the in-game server browser.

Find your server address

1. Log in to your game control panel and open the PixARK server.
2. Copy the server Query IP/Port shown with the service details.

Add the server in Steam

1. Open Steam on your computer.
2. Click View, then Game Servers or Servers, depending on your Steam client version.
3. Open the Favourites tab.
4. Click Add a Server.
5. Paste the PixARK Query IP/Port from the control panel.
6. Click Add this address to favourites.

Connect in PixARK

1. Start PixARK.
2. Open the server browser and check your favourites.
3. Select your server and connect.

If the server does not appear, confirm the server is online, refresh the favourites list, and check that you copied the query port rather than another service port. If it still does not show, submit a support ticket with the address you are trying to use.
