Aberration is ARK's underground DLC map, with radiation zones, charge light, climbing picks, and Aberration-specific creatures. The server must use the Aberration_P map value in Commandline Manager to load it correctly.
- Make a backup before moving the server to Aberration: Backing up and restoring world and player data on your ARK server.
- Open your ARK service in the panel.
- Go into Commandline Manager.
- Edit the command line you want the server to boot from, or create a dedicated Aberration command line: Creating a custom command line on your ARK server.
- Enable the Map field and type
Aberration_P.
- Save the command line, choose it with Select, then restart the server.
Aberration uses the Aberration_P launch value. If the server starts but the map is wrong, re-open Commandline Manager and check that this exact value is selected.
