Dark and Light Workshop mods can be installed from the dedicated controls on the service home page. You need the numeric Workshop ID from each mod's Steam URL.
- Check the mod is intended for Dark and Light and note any required dependencies or load-order instructions.
- Open your service, create a backup and stop the server.
- Click Install Mods, enter the numeric Workshop ID and click Execute.
- Wait for the task to finish, then repeat it for any other required mods. Adding one mod at a time makes faults easier to trace.
- Start the server and check that it loads cleanly before players reconnect.
Use Update Mods to update every installed mod, or tick Update Listed Mods and enter specific Workshop IDs. Uninstall Mods removes listed IDs, while Check Mod Updates checks whether updates are available.
If the server stops starting after a mod change, stop it again, remove the most recent mod and check the latest log for its Workshop ID or dependency error.
