How to change growth, autosave and clan settings in Day of Dragons

Growth speed, autosave timing, clan limits and the built-in daily restart are configured as separate lines in Game.ini.

  1. Take a backup, stop the service and open the Game.ini Text Editor.
  2. Add or change only the settings you need:
iAutoSaveSeconds=300
iGrowthRateMultiplier=1
iMaxClans=255
iMaxClanMembers=1000
iDailyRestartHour=0

Day of Dragons autosave growth clan and daily restart settings in Game.ini

iAutoSaveSeconds accepts 60 to 3600 seconds. Growth values are 0 for 0.5x, 1 for normal, 2 for 1.5x and 3 for 2x. Setting iDailyRestartHour=0 disables the game-managed restart; values 1 to 24 represent the UTC hour.

Save, start the server and test the result. Reducing a clan limit on an established server can affect clans already above the new value, so make that change cautiously.
