How to back up your Insurgency server

Create a backup before changing playlists, map cycles, plugins or configuration files.

  1. Stop the server for a consistent copy.
  2. Click Backup Server and confirm the action.
  3. Wait for the task to finish before changing files or starting the service.

A completed backup is listed by date and time under Restore Backup. Check that the archive appears before relying on it as a rollback point.
