Your control panel login details are emailed after your service is provisioned. The email normally includes the panel address, username, and password for the service.
You can also open the panel from the client area. Go to Services, open the service you want to manage, then use the control panel login button shown on the service page.
If the service has been active for more than 15 minutes and you still do not have panel access, submit a support ticket and include the service name.
Game Servers - TCAdmin
Most hosted game servers use the TCAdmin control panel:

As of 1 February 2026, new Minecraft services are no longer provisioned on Multicraft.
Web Hosting
For cPanel, add /cpanel to the end of your domain name. For webmail, add /webmail.
For example, if your domain was example.com, you would use:
https://example.com/cpanel
