Citadel: Forged With Fire commands are entered by the player while in game. The main client-display command is /dps, which toggles Combat/EXP text in the local chat window. The game also has normal player chat, party, house, and query commands that do not require server admin access.

  2. Open the in-game chat.
  3. Enter /dps exactly as shown.
  4. Repeat /dps if you want to toggle the display back.

Common player commands

These are not admin commands. They are normal player commands used for chat, party, house, and basic server queries.

CommandWhat it does
/s Message, /say Message, /g Message, /general MessageSends a message to the entire server.
/w PlayerName Message, /whisper PlayerName MessageSends a private message to a player.
/r Message, /reply MessageReplies to the last player who whispered to you.
/party Message, /p MessageSends a message to your current party.
/house Message, /h MessageSends a message to your current house.
/rollRolls a random value. The official player-command list also documents dice/range formats such as /roll XdY.
/whoRequests a list of players currently logged into the server.
/party_who, /pwhoRequests a list of players in your party.
/house_who, /hwhoRequests a list of players in your house who are logged into the server.

Client commands vs admin commands

Client commands are not the same as server admin commands. A client command normally changes something for the player who entered it. Admin commands require admin access and can affect the server or other players.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that the command starts with / and has no space before it.
  • For commands that target another player, use the player's current in-game name and check the spelling.
  • Reconnect to the server and try again if /dps does not change the display.
  • Client and player command behaviour can change between game versions. If you are using a command for diagnostics and it no longer works, submit a support ticket and tell us which build you are running.
