How to change The Forest save slot and autosave interval

The slot setting chooses which of five world saves the dedicated server loads. serverAutoSaveInterval controls automatic world saves in minutes while players are connected.

  1. Back up and stop the server.
  2. Open Configuration Files and edit server.cfg.
  3. Set slot to a value from 1 to 5.
  4. Set the autosave interval. The supported minimum is 15 minutes:
serverAutoSaveInterval 15
slot 2
  1. Save and start the server.

If the selected slot is empty, set initType New for the first start only, then stop the server and return it to Continue. Changing slots does not copy the old world into the new slot.
