The current ATS dedicated-server log is American Truck Simulator/server.log.txt. It records startup errors, the search ID and package-loading problems.
- Reproduce the problem once and note the time.
- Open Log Viewer, or download
server.log.txtfrom the server home folder.
- Start at the latest launch and find the first error, rather than only the final repeated message.

When submitting a support ticket, include the relevant log section and the last change made.
