The name players see in V Rising's join menu is set in ServerHostSettings.json. For our V Rising servers, you can change it through TCAdmin's Config Editor.
- Log in to TCAdmin and open your V Rising server. Your panel login details are in the setup email.
- Click Stop and wait for the server to shut down before continuing.
- Click Backup Server in the left-hand menu to back up your save files and configuration. Wait for the backup to finish before editing.
- Open Configuration Files from the left-hand menu.
- Find
ServerHostSettings.jsonand click Config Editor beside it.
- Enter the name you want in Server Name. Click Save and Exit, then start the server again.
Once the server is running, look for its new name in the game's server browser.
