Satisfactory saves are stored in different locations depending on whether you are looking at your own PC or the dedicated server. Use the correct path when uploading, downloading, or replacing a save.

In the control panel, open File Manager, then browse to FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/server. If you only see Config, start and claim the server first so Satisfactory can create the save folder.
