You can unban an Unturned player from in-game chat or from the server console if you have permission to run admin commands. You need the player's Steam64 ID.

Find the Steam64 ID

  1. Ask the player for their Steam profile URL, or copy it yourself if you can see their profile.
  2. Open steamid.io/lookup.
  3. Paste the profile URL and copy the Steam64 ID value.

Unban from the server

  1. Start the Unturned server.
  2. Join the server as an admin, or open Web Console from TCAdmin.
  3. Run Unban STEAM64ID, replacing STEAM64ID with the player's actual Steam64 ID.
  4. Ask the player to reconnect.

Example

Unban 7656119XXXXXXXXXX

Use the player's real Steam64 ID in place of 7656119XXXXXXXXXX. Do not use their Steam display name unless you are certain the server command accepts it on your current build.

In-game chat format

When using chat as an admin, prefix commands with / or @. For example:

/Unban 7656119XXXXXXXXXX

If the player is still banned

  • Check that you used the Steam64 ID, not a Steam name.
  • Look for duplicate ban entries for the same player.
  • Confirm your own player has admin access before running the command in-game.
  • If you used TCAdmin, check the web console for any permission or command errors after submitting the command.
  • Restart the server if the ban list does not appear to refresh.
  • submit a support ticket with the Steam64 ID and the exact error shown to the player if it still fails.
