Method 1:

Log into your control panel.
Stop your server and open configuration files.
Open the ServerSettings.ini using the Configuration Editor.
Find the dropdown for ServerRegion.
Choose a location.
Save your changes and restart your server.

Method 2:

Log into your control panel.
Stop your server and open configuration files.
Open the ServerSettings.ini using the text editor.
Find the line ServerRegion=
Enter a number depending on your desired region (Example if you wanted America: ServerRegion=1)
Save your changes and restart your server.

Numbers for each region:

0 - Europe

1 - America

2 - Asia

3 - Oceania
