How to check Outlaws of the Old West server logs

The panel's Log Viewer is the quickest place to investigate a failed start, connection problem or unexpected shutdown. The game also writes its log below the Saved folder.

  1. Open the service and click Log Viewer.
  2. Open the newest Outlaws log and match its timestamp to the latest start attempt.
  3. Read from the first new warning or error. Later errors may only be consequences of that first failure.

For a complete file, open File Manager and browse to Saved/Logs/Outlaws.log. Include the relevant lines and their timestamp when contacting support; do not send account or RCON passwords.
