The panel's Log Viewer is the quickest place to investigate a failed start, connection problem or unexpected shutdown. The game also writes its log below the Saved folder.
- Open the service and click Log Viewer.
- Open the newest Outlaws log and match its timestamp to the latest start attempt.
- Read from the first new warning or error. Later errors may only be consequences of that first failure.
For a complete file, open File Manager and browse to Saved/Logs/Outlaws.log. Include the relevant lines and their timestamp when contacting support; do not send account or RCON passwords.
