File Manager opens at the game root. The current package contains Binaries, Content, Plugins and Saved.

Use the direct entries under Configuration Files for normal admin-list, ban-list and settings changes. Use File Manager or FTP when you need to download files, replace a save or inspect a path that has no panel editor.
