Use FTP when you need to download DSSettings.txt, collect logs or transfer several files at once.
- Stop the server before replacing configuration or save-related files.
- Copy the FTP host and port shown under FTP Info in TCAdmin.
- Connect with an FTP client using your service credentials. Follow How to connect to FTP for the full connection setup.
- Transfer the required file, disconnect cleanly and start the service.

Do not upload files into a guessed save directory. Confirm the required folder exists on your own service first.
