How to change the seasonal event on a Core Keeper server

seasonOverride can follow the real-world calendar, disable seasonal events or force a specific event.

`-1`	Follow the calendar
`0`	No seasonal event
`1`	Easter
`2`	Halloween
`3`	Christmas
`4`	Valentine’s
`5`	Anniversary
`6`	Cherry Blossom
`7`	Lunar New Year

Stop the server, edit the numeric seasonOverride value in ServerConfig.json, save and restart.

Use -1 to return to normal date-based behaviour.
