Automated Scheduled Backups
Our platform automatically performs a scheduled task to back up your Palworld server once every 24 hours. This feature is meticulously designed to protect your realm, characters, and creations without necessitating daily manual intervention. This way, you can immerse yourself fully in the world of Palworld, knowing that your progress is safely preserved.
You have the flexibility to change how frequently our system runs backups by adjusting the scheduled task. Whether you prefer more frequent backups for enhanced security or less frequent backups to conserve resources, the choice is yours. Simply access your control panel and modify the backup schedule according to your preferences.
It's important to note that your Palworld server hosting account is equipped to store a maximum of 10 backups at any given time. This ensures efficient storage management while prioritizing the preservation of your most recent game states.

Log into Your Control Panel

Access your control panel and select the Palworld server you wish to back up.

Prepare for Backup

While not mandatory, we recommend stopping your server before initiating the backup process. This precaution ensures data consistency and minimizes the risk of file corruption during the backup.

Backup Your Palworld Server

Click the Backup Server button, easily accessible from the control panel. This action initiates the backup process, creating an archive of all server save files.
- Note: In our new control panel layout, the Backup Server option is conveniently located on the sidebar of your service view.

Completion and Upload

Once the backup process is initiated, our system will create an archive of all the save files from your server. This archive is then securely uploaded to our local backup node corresponding to the datacenter where your server is located. For those with the remote backup option, backups are also uploaded to remote backup servers.

Restart Your Server

After the backup process completes, if you stopped your server, remember to click the start button to allow players to rejoin your Palworld server and continue their adventures seamlessly.
