Login to your control panel.
Search and download the plugin you want here: https://hub.rocketmod.net/.
Enter your file manager and navigate to Server/UnturnedServer/Rocket/Plugins.
Upload the files of your unzipped plugins.
Restart your Unturned server, your plugins should now work.
