ARK loads Workshop mods in the order listed in ActiveMods. Load order matters when a mod depends on another mod or when two mods change the same items, dinos, engrams, or game systems.

  1. Open your ARK server in the control panel.
  2. Click Configuration Files.
  3. Open GameUserSettings.ini with Text Editor or Config Editor.

  4. Find the [ServerSettings] section.
  5. Edit ActiveMods so the Workshop IDs are in the order you need:
    ActiveMods=111111111,222222222,333333333
  6. Click Save & Exit, then restart the server.

Put framework, dependency, or core overhaul mods first when the mod author tells you to. If you are unsure, keep the order recommended on the Workshop page.
