How to add sub-users in TCAdmin

Sub-users let you give another person limited access to a TCAdmin service without sharing your own control panel login. Give only the permissions they need.

Create the sub-user

1. Log in to TCAdmin.
2. Open User Management.
3. Click Sub Users.
4. Click New.
5. On the user information tab, enter the username and password for the new sub-user.
6. On the profile tab, enter the required contact details.
7. Open the game or voice service permissions section.
8. Select the services this sub-user can access.
9. Tick only the actions they should be allowed to use, such as start, stop, restart, file manager, console, or configuration access.
10. Save the changes.

Permission guidance

• Do not give file manager or configuration access to players who only need to restart the server.
• Do not share your own TCAdmin password with staff or friends.
• Review sub-user access when staff leave your community.

If the sub-user cannot see the server

• Re-open the sub-user and confirm the correct service is selected.
• Check that at least one permission is enabled for that service.
• If the user still cannot log in, reset their password or submit a support ticket.
