Log into TCAdmin.

Enter Sun Users, found under User Management.

Select new, and in the user information tab, insert the username and password for your new sub-admin.

In the profile tab, insert the necessary information.

Finally, in the game/voice service permissions you can put the permissions of your sub-admin for each and every service.

Save the changes you’ve made, and they should be added successfully!
