To install a Minecraft Modpack onto your server, you have to do the following:

Login to your Multicraft control panel.

Check what version of Minecraft the modpack is.

Stop your server then from the JAR dropdown, choose the correct Forge version for the Minecraft version.
For some modpacks the Forge Beta alternative might be required for it to run. -
Start/Restart your server, then once it is responding, stop it.

Upload the modpacks server files onto your server.

Start up your server, it should now be ready to go!
